We have been producing premium quality extra-virgin organic olive oil since 1974.
Our farm is situated in the countryside near the ancient village of Bolsena,
between Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria, on the shores of a volcanic lake. The location
benefits from ideal exposure to the south-west and also volcanic soil. This is why
our oil has a unique taste. We harvest by hand according to tradition and we use
a modern mill that has organic certifications, is solar powered and doesn’t
pollute the environment.

Our oil is made by crushing olives and extracting the juice. It is simply the
juice of fresh, healthy olives, which contains quality health-promoting nutrients.

OSTI Organic Olive Oil is a family run business that is now on its third generation.
Starting in 1974 the Osti's made organic olive oil for private use but it wasn't
until recently that they decided to sell their oil and to increase the production in a
